All three homes were concurrently designed and built to complement one another and provide different options to accommodate for a wider scope of potential buyers. The exteriors design of the homes all differed, and the interior modern open floorplans all varied to provide for sufficient options for the end users. The homes were designed as entry level luxury homes and/or those looking to downsize from a larger lot into a larger home custom home with basement income potential on a smaller lot. We strove to go a few steps ahead of the spec home builders and other alternatives in Port Coquitlam.
